ERP For College

ERP is an abbreviation for Enterprise Resource Planning. Enterprise is an organisation like school or college. The facilities, staff and students are the resources. ERP software helps the college to achieve its goals by using the resources better.ERP software collects the data and gives useful information to make correct decisions. For example when a student joins the college his personal information is entered into the system. His fees receipt, attendance details, examination performance, and his library activities are entered by different people at different times. When the Principal / HOD looks into the profile of the student all the particulars are shown in a single screen. It helps the Principal / HOD to discuss the performance of the student with the parents effectively. Like this ERP software helps all the persons in a college . We will look into the benefits of ERP in detail later.

Designation can be manager,college admin
Display no. of colleges or add colleges detail like registration no,College name,College code,Affliated by.
View admin details of all colleges.
Add course information like course name,course duration,No of semester,College name etc.
